August 2009

August 2009

This country continues to be in an unstable situation. There continues to be two sides to every story and unsure of what to believe and what is really happening. Not too sure when all of this will come to an end. The kids have not had a full week of school since June when Mel was taken out of office. There is uncertainty as to when the kids will get out of school. Some say it will be November others December and January. So we continue to wait and send the kids to school when they do have classes.
Brian my brother has been here since may and we were all sad to see him leave to go to back to Harding mid August. He has helped out so much here and is missed.
We now have 1lb packages of good Honduras coffee for sale. Anyone interested please contact me and we will be sure to get some to you. Most people who like coffee say after trying Honduran coffee they have a hard time drinking anything else. All profits go directly to helping Casa de Esperanza.
Marc and Terri Tindall have headed back to the states for 5 weeks to fund raise for for Casa. So be praying for the work they are doing to help further out work here at Casa de Esperanza.
Dorian finished up a semester at college and is on break for a few weeks and it able to help out more here at the house and run errands while on break. As always, we covet your prayers and support.

Blessings~
Dorian & Karen Guido
