What does it truly mean to have compassion?
The word compassion has run thru my head over and over and over the past couple of weeks. Just trying to place in my mind what is compassion and what it means to have true compassion on someone.

So many times when we become aware of someones suffering we turn our heads sure we feel for them but unless we are will to do something to releive the suffering it is not compassion. God bless you Karen
I think compassion is expressed by action if we see someone in need and do something to HELP then we have compassion for them.
